The Wrights  came from Mecklenburg N.C. soon after the Revolution
 and settled about two miles N.W. of  Lincolnton, Ga.   William Wright
 was in the Revolution under Captain Elijah Graves from Meckenburg
 County. His certificate of Service is dated Oct 11, 1782 and signed by 
J. Randolph and I. Bourk.
